Top 2 players in each region (Japan, Asia(Outside Japan) and North America) with highest total EX Score of 2 assigned song course enter the finals. Also, top-ranked player of all region besides abovementioned finalists enters the finals as the Wild Card.

- You can play the unlocked assigned songs during the qualifying period only.
- Please play the game in the country/area that you declared.
- Players are only allowed to register in 1 region.
- Players cannot change the region after registration. Please register your region of residence.
- Scores will only be recorded after registration. Please notice that scores will not be recorded before the registration process completed even it is within the preliminaries period.
- Scores will only be recorded when assigned songs are selected from the KAC Preliminary Songs folder. Please notice that scores will not be recorded if the assigned songs are not play under KAC Preliminary Songs folder.
- EXTRA STAGE does not occur in KAC Prelimiary Songs folder.
- No limitation of difficulty.
- Assigned songs in each group have to be played in a single play session so the scores will be counted.(Can be in different order in a single play session)
- In the case that assigned songs in a group are played more than one time, the highest total score of the group in a single play takes priority.
- In the event that two or more players ranked same score, priority will be given to the player who achieved it first.
- In the case that there are withdrawals during confirmation period, next ranked players in the region qualified and the Wild Card group will be updated accordingly.
- In the case that there are absentees, standby finalists will be selected from Japan region.
- In the case that there are withdrawals after finalists are confirmed, standby player will enter the finals.
