この機種を始めたきっかけを教えてください。
中学2年生の頃、小さなゲームセンターでDrumManiaの筐体を初めて見たとき、友人から「これやってみない？」と誘われたのがきっかけですね。
It was a perfect opportunity to start playing DrumMania when my friend told me to try it at a local arcade as we saw DrumMania for the first time.
I was in my second year of junior high school then.
1週間でどれくらいプレーしますか？
週に2,3日ほどで、1日に遊ぶ時間は30分から長くて4時間くらいです。
I play it about twice or thrice a week, ranging from about 30 minutes to 4 hours a day.
プレーをする上でのこだわり、意識していることを教えてください。
曲の達成率の更新はもちろんですが、曲自体を聴いてリズム、譜面傾向を理解すること。これを意識することで何も考えずに粘着するより効率良く上達できるのではないかと思います。
Of course, I try to improve my score each time I play.
Furthermore, I also try to better understand the patterns of charts by listening to the songs.
I think this method of learning would help improve our skills more efficiently than just playing songs thoughtlessly.
この機種の一番好きなところを教えてください。
演奏感と臨場感がダイレクトに味わえるところです。この機種ならではの魅力が体感できますよ。
My favorite part about DrumMania is that we can indulge in performing and enjoy the game’s realism directly.
Such is the allure of the game.
BEMANIシリーズで好きな楽曲を教えてください。
BEMANIシリーズを初めて触った作品のDrumMania Vに収録されていたDie Zauber flöteです。曲が好みなのと当時のPremium Encore Stageでよくプレーしていたのが理由です。
My favorite song of the Bemani series is “Die Zauber flöte”, which first debuted in DrumMania V(the version of bemani series I started playing from).
I like the song probably because I often played it as it was the premium encore song then.
尊敬しているプレーヤーを教えてください。
DrumManiaのみの話ですとしゅんちょび氏
彼は昔からDrumManiaのライバルとしてともにプレーしあった仲です。
あとは、音ゲー自体を全身で楽しんでいる印象が強い栗坊氏です。
SHNCHOBI: I’ve played DrumMania with him being my rival in DrumMania for a long time.
KURIBO: I have the impression of him enjoying music games throughout his body.
The 8th KACに参加したきっかけを教えてください。
The 7th KACで満足のいく戦いが出来なかったため、リベンジをしに参加しました。
I was participated in the 8th KAC to revenge for 7th KAC.
The 8th KACで思い出深いシーンを教えてください。
疲れで気が抜けている様子をドアップで映されたことですね(笑)

The 8th KACの勝因を教えてください。
自分なりにベストを尽くした結果が勝因に繋がったのではないかと思います。
I tried my best on my own.

The 8th KACチャンピオンになってからの変化などあれば教えてください。
いろんな人とのコミュニティが広まりました。
I was able to build my network much more after I’ve become the 8th KAC Champion of DrumMania.

The 8th KACのファイナリストとして出場していたちゃっぴー@氏ですね。
彼は今後、とんでもない腕前になって公の場に現れるのではないでしょうか。
Up-and-coming player for me is Chappie, he was also the 8th KAC finalist of DrumMania.
I guess he will appear again at KAC in the near future.
